On Becoming Filipina in 10 months...

Islands=27 So now that I'm spending about 10 months in the Philippines, I'll be living the Manila life, reconnecting with my extended family and hopefully learning my Tagalog. I'll also be tallying how many times people ask me if I have a boyfriend and how times they tell me I'm fat. McFattie: 14 McSingle: 22

Bigo Fiesta

Here are some pictures from the Bigo Fiesta May 16, 2006. Most of the Marinos were there, except Kuya Edwin's family. It was too bad, because the kids would have had a blast. There was catered food, fresh fruits, videoke and games. For everyone stateside, you missed out too. It was really hot, but still lots of fun.

Love the photos, keep them coming as I want to see more of your adventures in the Philippines! Don't know if I will be able to post my own but at least you get to see a bit of NY on mine, in case you miss the city. -JD
