Bigo Fiesta Part III
This is the last set of pictures from the Bigo Fiesta. I posted most of them but I have a few more. This section has the pictures for most of the games. And as you can see, I hung out with the kiddies most of the time. I showed everyone a slideshow and they were ingit because some of the adults didn't even get a picture.
Here's Manel with a pair of fashionable coconut clogs. The kids would race with these on. I missed the races though, so I don't have any pictures of that.

Here's a close up

Our town's patron saint is San Isidro Labrador so that's a little statuette of him being paraded around.

and a farther away view of the kids

Here's some pictures of the sack races

And of course Lucas had to be in all the games

Here are some pictures of the bamboo pole. The pole was greased up with a flag on top and the kids had to climb it to get to the flag.

Success!

Darwin found a bird out in the fields and Manel wanted to play with it.

One of the cows just hanging out

This is the agawan game. Basically I like to call it... "Every man for himself!" The kids go under it and grab whatever they can reach. This particular one had little chip bags and suman (rice dessert thinggie) It's a bloody battle. elbows are thrown, tears are shed. Brutal I say.

The end. Nag-enjoy talaga kami.
